Welcome to the
workout class library!

I hope these home workouts inspire you to get moving and help create a positive connection with your body. I am a Barre Instructor, but I am also trained in Pilates Mat and have a background in ballet. My classes are a blend of my different experiences, with the aim of creating a balanced full-body workout for you.

Each class has a custom Spotify playlist designed to accompany it. I hope you find the music motivating and energizing!

I also periodically publish shorter or specially-themed classes, which you can also find in this library.

A 30 minute barre class that is light on equipment. We use a balcony railing or kitchen counter as our barre (just make sure it’s something you can lean on ). Grab a water bottle for a light and convenient weight! I filmed this class on vacation, so I’m sure you can squeeze this little workout into your own vacations! Heads up: this class was filmed outside so expect some birds chirping and bees buzzing (literally).

A 45 minute barre class that tackles upper body and legs at the same time. This is the class for multitaskers! We’ll start at the barre and end class with some mat work and abs.

Equipment: Mat, chair or “barre, & light weights

Published: June 3, 2020

This 30 minute class is designed to complement all the other outside activities we (in Switzerland) can do now! If you’ve been working your legs on the hiking trails or on your bike, this is a great class for you! This workout focuses on the arms, abs, back and glutes.

Please remember you can choose your price between 10 & 20, please pay what you feel is fitting for a class of this length.

Equipment: Mat & light weights

30 minute kitchen workout. What’s that you ask? A workout designed to be done in your kitchen!

Why? So we can firmly grab onto the lip of the sink and counter, more closely replicating the real barre experience. The entire class is standing (even during abs). This is a great class if you avoid conventional pushups or dislike mat exercises. There are suggested adjustments to help the exercises fit in your kitchen ;)

Equipment: Kitchen counter/sink, light weights

I know we all feel we’re spending a lot of time in the kitchen lately … but hopefully this will be a fun change of pace!

This slightly shorter, 45 minute class will still get you sweating. Consider this class “barre-less,” so if you’re looking for a low-prop and easy-to-do-anywhere workout this one is for you! (Oh, and if you hate pushups, we don’t do any in this class!)

Equipment: Light weights (bottles, cans or candles work!)

We’ll slow down the tempo in this class to really work on proper alignment and feel those slow, sustained burns. This class introduces some new exercises, building upon the previous Pilates Sculpt class, but you can definitely start with this class! The mat-work is heavily influenced by Pilates. Don’t worry, we’ll still come to the “barre” to work on those ballet legs!

Equipment: Weights, “barre” or something to hold onto for balance

1 hour Barre class. This class places an emphasis on full-body and multitasking exercises. We will also focus on strengthening the glutes (you know that thing we’re all sitting on), hamstrings and abductors with some slow burn exercises. Class finishes with a long stretch, with an emphasis on hip openers and gentle spine stretches. Think of this as the antidote to all that sitting we’ve been doing!

This class has two tailored playlists, one “adult” playlist as well as a “family-friendly” non-explicit option!

Equipment: Weights (bottles, cans or candles work!) and something to hold onto for balance (kitchen chair or stool works great!)

A complimentary 30 minute light-cardio workout for members of my mailing list. Not a member? Subscribe using the form below and you can receive the access code!

In this class, we'll get the blood flowing and feel that signature barre burn. We, of course, start with a warmup, then some upper-body work using weights (or cartons of milk like I did!), a quick leg burn, some balance work and then head down to the floor to end class with some back body and core exercises.

This class is meant to be family-friendly, so your family can join you if they want. Or if your kids are just hanging around while you take the class, there is no need to worry about explicit songs.

Required Equipment: Some kind of weights (bottles, cans or candles work!)

Optional Equipment: A ball (or stuffed animal or small pillow or dog toy or … ). Basically, something light to hold in your hands or between your knees!

*note this isn’t designed to be a children’s PE class, but more something that your family can join you for parts if they like or hang around while you do your workout and enjoy the music!

This 50-minute class blends classical Pilates mat with Barre exercises. Get all the core stabilizing benefits of Pilates while also feeling the burn of Barre :) If you do not enjoy or cannot do pushups, this class provides a non-wrist weight-bearing alternative exercise for you!

Required Equipment: Something to hold onto for balance, weights (or cans of food, water bottles, etc)

Optional: Theraband (one of the alternative non-pushup exercises has the option to use a band plus weights or just a band or just hand weights)

Complimentary Express Home workout (18 minutes)! It’s a barre style workout without the barre! All you really need is space to move. If you want to up the challenge you can use the optional equipment.
